  • The Gondola Ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)
  • The itinerary may change in the event of wind or bad weather

  • Tickets and Guide Book have to be collected at Venice Assistance Point. The big Grey newsstand at the entrance of Piazza San Marco. You'll see a sign "VENICE TOURS - ASSISTANCE POINT".

  • For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Doges’ Palace (Free deposit inside).

DO NOT take this tour!! Let me emphasize this again. DO NOT TKAE THIS SO-CALLED TOUR!! It is a total rip-off. To me, the description is totally deceptive. We arrived at the designated location as noted on the provided directions, Museum Correr, 15 minutes early (0345). Five minutes prior to this so-called tour, the two tour operators arrived and provided us with gondola numbers. We were then taken to our gondola and provided a 30 minute gondola ride. It was fine and what was expected. As we were docking, we noticed one of the tour operators standing dockside. But by the time we had docked, she had disappeared. We were expecting to be guided to the Pallazo Ducale for the tour. Nope! Didn’t happen, even though we searched and waited around for her (or the other operator) for a good 10 minutes. So, we took a look at your tickets and said, “Well, we know where the Palazzo Ducale is and we have our tickets, so no big deal. But after walking over to the palazzo entrance and trying to enter, the entrance booth person told us we needed to go to the ticket office. We did. The ticket office looked at our tickets (the second ones), scanned them, but told us the tickets were no good. We tried to explain we paid for entrance, but we’re told they were invalid. Oh, we were at the palazzo with a good 90-100 minutes to spare. Needless to say we were terribly disappointed as we were very interested in touring the museum, not to mention feeling entirely deceived. In total for 3 persons, we paid over $200.00 USD for this so-called tour and, in return, all we received was a 30 minute gondola ride. The tour description makes no mention of going to the Palazzo Ducale or gondola ride in a certain order. So I’m conclusion, I demand our money back from this tour operator. If they want to retain $27.00 for each person who took the gondola ride, that is fine. But we did not get to tour the palazzo even though we paid for 3 skip-the-line tickets. Please refund the difference immediately. Obtw, we will not be using this tour operator ever again!!!

Dear, We are sorry for your review, but we have to underline some points: On the page product there was clearly written that it was a combination of gondola ride plus skip the line ticket of Doge’s Palace and all the indication for both meeting points are specified. And, on the inclusions, there is not mention to a “guided tour of Doge’s Palace” or a kind of assistance from the gondola mooring point to the Doge’s Palace. On this month (December) we have had at least 25 tour like this without having any problems. Anyway, on the voucher there is our number office open 7/7 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and you should’ve called us in order to give you the proper help. Regarding the refund: all the clients can ask the refund write directly where you bought the activity (in this case, Tripadvisor) and then our Refund Office will manage the request.
