We met representative at location she provided Itinerary and tickets all clearly outlined with very detailed instruction on location of hotel and Hop on Hop off bus location. Hotel in Florence was very convenient to train station. We attended Dave Mathews concert and toured the city the following day. Only change we would make is to travel back on an earlier train we checked out of hotel and toured all day but were ready to travel earlier than 8 pm. or alternatively add an additional day in Florence!

Nice little overnight trip from Venice. No issues with the information given at the Venice train station - the representative was there when we arrived, and provided all of the necessary information. I do think it is a stretch to say that the hotel where we stayed is 3 star. It was fine for one night, but I would never consider it at that level.
