The tour could have been very good...

The tour could have been very good, since there were only 5 of us on the tour. However, it started badly. We waited 20-25 minutes for the other 3 to show up. Then we ended 10 minutes early. So the tour was only 1 hour and 25 minutes, not 2 hours. That's 25 less. I think you should credit us 25 of the cost. The tour guide seemed knowledgeable, but was un-interesting and mono-tone. So overall, this was not a good tour. As I said it could have been a great one, since Verona is so beautiful. But is fell short.
