Our plane was late coming in and the driver drove crazy to the destination and did not forget to let us know we had made him late for his next client. My guess is he booked too close. All the other drivers we had throughout the week were courteous and helpful.

Perhaps you should consider in your comment that all the other drivers you have neither picked up from the airport nor brought to the airport but drove around with you somewhere without time pressure in the city. Unfortunately that makes a big difference. Unfortunately, people are not always very fair and forget that the driver of airport transfers is always the last in the series, depending on traffic disruption, flight delays, customer baggage issues and many other things. But he should always be punctual, on the other hand, I have not yet experienced a customer who went to the cockpit and there killed the pilot orally because the flight arrived too late or rather flew too late. Since you can not live on a transfer a day, it is logical that more trips are scheduled for the day. These customers also want to be picked up on time. The terms and conditions require us a waiting time of one hour, so that is also calculated. Of course, a wait of nearly 2 hours completely upsets the daily schedule and you have to organize, while driving with the customer, that another driver can take over the next trip. Of course, this one also has his rides for the whole day, so this delay can affect 3 to 4 vehicles, since everything has to be changed. Then there are still such nice passengers, who are also upset about the phone calls that are necessary because of them. It's not fair somehow. TPA-Team
