Where do I catch the tour? No one knows.

It was not clear where to go to start the tour so we canceled. No information given when we booked and no one at Arlington knew, but they shouldn’t since it’s not their job to help an outside vendor’s customers. Disappointing.

The guides were excellent! A bit wet and windy, but a very informative tour. I would have liked to see more trams running, because of the weather. We did a lot of standing, waiting for a tram.
