Charing for items not actually being offered

The bus itself is fun. Was able to see lots. However, COVID has been around for over a year and I paid for the DELUXE ticket to include a night tour, RED, and BLUE line. They don't tell you that the night tour are only on certain dates and that the BLUE line is NOT running! If I knew that I would have only paid for the one day tour. I should have half my money returned.

Just having the convenience of being able to enjoy the sites for a while then easily hop back on the bus to the next one to do it all over again. It’s an awesome service!

We enjoyed sitting in upper deck and learning fun facts about the DC area as we rode along. Watch those low branches though. We all got whacked pretty good!

Thanks for the kind feedback! Those trees can be a hassle and we are working with the park service to have them serviced. We appreciate you taking time to write a review about your experience!

Misguided

Me and another group was unable to find a pickup spot. Then I was told they go to pentagon then got on bus and he said he doesn’t go there. Driver gets irritated when ask questions (not when driving). It was a waste of money. The recording was uninteresting.
icon Response from Host , Jun 2021
We are sorry for your experience. It sounds like you were given wrong information. The Pentagon is apart of our panoramic night tour. It does not include a stop. It is sightseeing only. The day tour does not include the Pentagon. In order to find correct information regarding our tours, please download the BigBusTours app and it will have live bus tracking, stop info, service updates, and routes. Again sorry for your experience. Please try us again!

dire, dreadful, dangerous, disastrous
Andy

The driver was so concerned to speed along that when we reached an assigned stop, we told him that we were going to go up to the top deck. Instead of waiting to make sure we had safely gone up and taken a seat, he started the bus while we were ascending. The result was a serious injury that required a trip to the emergency room. This was a dreadful experience.
icon Response from Host , Jun 2021
We are sorry for your experience. This is not a typical occurrence for many of our guests as our drivers provide ample time for ascent. Your case was unique. Our customer service team will reach out to inquire on your status.

Disappointed
diane_s
, Jun 2021
It was very hard to find the bus stops. The interactive website was not helpful at all. I didn’t make any sense to find where the next stop was or where you were at that point. The bus broke down and made a switch buses. Only got on the bus twice because we found them by accident and ran after them. It was very disappointing
icon Response from Host , Jun 2021
We are sorry that your day with us did not meet expectations. The bus switch we performed that day was less than 15 minutes as it was made at our stop 1 location. That bus was readily conditioned and returned to service same day. Please visit with us at stop 1 should you return and we will happily explain the app functions and answer any questions you may have. Do not be afraid to give us another chance to meet your expectations. Thank you!

Big bus tour

Good experience, I enjoyed the tour and commentary. I did not get off at any stops, I was initially interested in just having a riding tour to simply see the sights, rather than on and off the bus.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your experience. It was our pleasure to facilitate your tour. Visit with us again and thank you for the kind review!
