We though everything good when we went there but they need the actual ticket for the bus tour and we suppose to have free lunch but we never eat cause they need the ticket, to get the ticket for the bus tour we walk 30 minutes to get it , then when we found out that we need to walk one mile to get the lunch ticket we said forget it cause we have limited time.

Everything went smoothly until we went to have the VIP dinner at Dave and Busters in Time Square. Not one person knew about this meal including the manager who treated us like we were trying to take advantage of the restaurant. I was stunned. We had been site seeing all day and were starving. Eventually they let us order off of a special menu that maybe had 6 options on it. Believe me we felt nothing like VIP at this restaurant. I would choose a different place to offer your customers. Everything else was great!

The Downtown tour could have been so much better if had we had a tour guide and not a self-promoting hack. Granted, the guy was nice and amiable, but totally a whack job. I expected more from a Grey Line tour. We gave up and took cabs, which is an experience in itself.

I thoroughly enjoyed the train ride from Washington DC to New York. New York was awesome and I spent most of my time at the Statue of Liberty and Ellies island The tour bus was well designed with a stop at key sites Highly recommend and I look forward to my next trip with Viator
