MJ was an awesome guide, we really enjoyed it. One of our travelers uses a walker and he was very helpful. Prior to boarding however was a little issue, everyone lined up but none of us knew what was going on. As we were in line another bus pulled up behind us, on the side street but we didn't know it was our bus so we waited. Then a gal comes out and yells at us to get on the bus, what were we waiting for.....geeez, poor communication

Thank our was great….tour guide, fantastic. Issue was we booked a 1.5hour tour that departed at 7:30pm. We left about 20 minutes late and arrived back at 10:15pm. Way too long and there were no bathrooms that were open due to the late tour the entire duration of the trip.

We all were very impressed with our guide, Mike. He had great information and a quick wit that enabled him to keep everyone's attention. Nice touches of humor throughout. As he was driving, he noticed and pointed out recent events, people and animals interacting around the points of interest to bring history and the present together. Good memory of the people on the trolley, too. It made us feel welcome and was a high point of our trip. Thank you.
