In the event of such described occurrences, you will receive a full refund or you can use your ticket(s) on another date during your stay.

The wife and I went on this short but informative course along the River Ouse. The captain and crew where very informative and gave a brief insight into York’s history. I would advise booking in advance as the queues we saw where very long, so people were waiting 40 mins for a seat due to not booking.

Trip was good but we were disappointed to find that for our booked time, people who had turned up without a booking were allowed on before us meaning we were not allowed an outside seat. Therefore, we had to wait 45 minutes on a very hot day before we could board the next vessel.
