Good tour but big group

All in all good day tour from Zagreb. Our guide Marko did a good job, telling enough information and letting enough time for photos. Bear in mind that lunch will be late, mid-afternoon as it will be after you've seen everything. But the restaurant was good. One negative thing for me was the fact that on the description, it is written in the overview that it will be a minivan and again in the itinerary "Depart central Zagreb by air-conditioned minivan". Minivan means 8 or 9 people. This was also a reason why I chose this tour, so it could be a small group. However, this is not true. We were almost 30 people on the tour and had a big touristic bus. So please don't write this down if you're not sure you can provide it.

Absolutely gorgeous places - I was personally fine with short visit to Rostoke and time spent at Plitvice. Picnic/food area at lakes not good (little shade and crappy food) but NOT operator’s fault. Marco was mindful of group and very knowledgeable.

This is a great day trip tour to be able to see the Plitvice Lakes. It is about 5km steady walk, with some hills to climb. Would recommend if you wish to see part the lakes with little time.

The village and the lakes with the waterfalls are great and really worth visiting. If you travel from Zagreb it is a 2 hour trip. Unfortunately we drove through the old road, which was a little bit unpleasant. Marco was our tour-guide. He is good, with sense of humour. The most annoying part is that you do everything very fast.Due to the abundance of tourists and the tight program, there is no time to enjoy the view and the quiet.

Breathtaking but bring snacks!

Overall the experience was amazing, the lakes are absolutely breathtaking. Only downsides are the crowds and the fact that you don’t get to stop for lunch until 3-4pm. I highly recommend that you bring snacks or a lunch because after 4 hours of walking, you will be hungry!

The lakes and falls were beautiful. Our guide, Marco, did a good job navigating us through the large crowds. The lunch was very good (but around 2pm). there is a stop around 12:00 where you can grab a dink and snack if you like.

Swift pick up - tour to Rastoke was amazing and well worth doing. Arrived at the lakes at 11am. Tour guide Marco was exceptional in keeping us informed and cutting out all unnecessary walking / longer routes. Boat and coach trip to top of mountains included. Lunch (dinner) at a local restaurant could have been a little earlier or another option chosen, so I would definitely take snacks especially if you are diabetic or have kids. One of the best experiences of my life.

I heard so many good things about the Plitvice Lakes. Nothing is compared to the real thing. The tour made it so easy for me; drove me and got the best route to see them all. I still can't shut my eyes from such a beauty. I will a life time greateful for the experience. Do not wait for anything, just do it and you will know what my words mean.
